PROCESS FLOW TECHNOLOGY (PFT)
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM TRAINING COURSE
A COURSE IN THE TECHNOLOGY OF MANUFACTURING EFFICIENCY
This course provides an understanding of the vision, culture, technology, and method associated with Process Flow Technology (PFT) in manufacturing. The PFT process gives the ability to evolve a manufacturing system from wasteful batch operation with its characteristic rework, scrap slow response and high cost, to one with process control, excellent quality, rapid market response, very low waste at all levels and low costs providing reasonable profits.
Who should attend this seminar?
Manufacturing Engineers and management, Quality Engineers and Inspectors, quality management, all production supervision and other production persons will find it very useful as well. Managers of all support functions will benefit greatly. Persons from service or administrative functions will receive exercises and applications tailored to their needs. Up to 24 persons may participate. It includes a certificate of completion and requires 8 hours of class time.
On the completion of this course you will understand:
